Founder Alejandro Alvarado was born in Inglewood California to a Salvadorean mother and a Mexican father. Growing up he really enjoyed the dishes his parents and grandparents prepared. His maternal grandmother made Salvadorean food and his paternal grandmother made Mexican food. Alejandro did his fair share of eating it all: Enchiladas, Tamales, Pupas, Arroz Con Frijoles. Today, he tries to prepare those dishes for you! Our hope is to create authentic Mexican food that brings people together and makes their bellies smile.
